From when he was a young boy, Steve Gerlock was determined to succeed.  As a child, he refused to take no for an answer, and this tenacious spirit has persisted throughout his 30+ year career in real estate.


Steve has been selling residential real estate since 1981 and has sold homes and satisfied clients in every type of market, irrespective of the economic climate!  


Steve specializes in all aspects of residential real estate and he can help you to:

  • ensure a seamless move, even under stressful circumstances


Steve has sold approximately 1 home every week since he started his real estate career more than three decades ago!   This track record is a testament to his work ethic, high standards of professionalism and sense of loyalty.  Steve's unwavering commitment to customer service has supported a business model in which more than  90% of transactions are generated from repeat and referral customers!


Steve is committed to his family and has been married to his wife Sheila since 1987.  They have two children, Matthew and Jessica. In his spare time, Steve is involved with several charitable organizations and foundations and he believes strongly in the importance of giving back to one's community.  







Leslie has been selling residential real estate since 2004.  Certainly, in the last 13 years, Leslie has learned a lot with Steve as her mentor, but she also brings her own fresh, spirited and cutting-edge approach to the more traditional world of selling and buying homes.


The marketplace is changing. With new technology trends, greater access to information, and emerging independent vendors on the scene, it can be very overwhelming to buy or sell a home. Leslie understands these ebbs and flows and can lead the way to success.  


SHEILA GERLOCK, Sales Representative



Sheila, Steve's wife, has been part of the Gerlock group since 2010. She is very fortunate to have been mentored by him first hand. In addition to learning from him, Sheila  possesses listening and counselling skills she's adapted from her previous career of being a speech-language pathologist for 28 years.  She knows the importance of listening to your clients needs in order to advise them accordingly in the purchase or sale of their home.  Although very different from her last career, Sheila is finding this career change a very exciting one. 


MATT GERLOCK, Sales Representative



Matt, has been selling Real Estate for the past two years, he has used his marketing and business background to continue to help grow the Gerlock group's real estate portfolio. In the ever competitive real estate market where the demand for homes exceeds the supply, Matt understands the importance of knocking on doors and expanding the search beyond what is publicly available on MLS. Matt thoroughly enjoys the unpredictable, yet extremely rewarding career that he has chosen for himself. Coming from a sports background and aspiring to become a businessman in the sports industry, Matt has truly made real estate his #1 sport.
